Terms and Conditions – ZR777 Pakistan Gaming Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ZR777 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "ZR777") governing your access to and use of the ZR777 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions and services offered through it.

Accounts that do not complete verification when requested may have withdrawals held or access restricted until the process is completed.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ZR777 login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details associated with your account.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not use the same password for ZR777 that you use for other online services.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available within your account settings.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ZR777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Pakistan:

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard verification checks. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit or that has been separately verified on your account.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated clearly at the time each offer is presented. • Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real money balance until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ZR777 — including slot games, live casino tables and bingo — operate according to their own individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of a game before playing.

ZR777's game library is sourced from established game studios whose titles use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate figures provided by the studios and represent theoretical long-term averages — individual sessions will vary significantly from these averages, and no outcome can be predicted or guaranteed.

• Bets placed in error cannot always be reversed once confirmed. Check your stake before confirming a bet.

07 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain without reporting them to ZR777 support.
• Colluding with other players — whether in live casino games, bingo or any other format — to manipulate outcomes or gain an advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use ZR777 accounts for any activity that violates applicable financial laws.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards ZR777 staff or other players via any communication channel.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

ZR777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The account holder has not completed identity verification when requested within a reasonable timeframe.
• The account is found to be held by a person under the age of 18.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by ZR777's dormancy policy.
• ZR777 is required to take action for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, promotional credits or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real money deposits may be returned at ZR777's discretion following investigation, depending on the nature of the breach.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting ZR777 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, during which any pending withdrawals of verified real money funds will continue to be processed.

09 Responsible Gaming

ZR777 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform provides the following tools within every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
